3️⃣ Confirm your booking (all bookings confirmed after your Discovery Call) 

Delivery & bricks

• In person (Vic): We supply all bricks and materials. You provide the venue and participants.
   
• Online (AU-wide): Live via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or your platform.
   
  • Essentials (1 Hour): Household LEGO® is acceptable; LEGO® Serious Play® Starter Kit (2000414) recommended for best results.
     
  • Core (2 Hours) & Deep Dive (3 Hours): One LEGO® Serious Play® Starter Kit (2000414) per participant is required.
    
  • Tip: allow 2+ weeks for online kit delivery where possible.

📑 Flexible Rescheduling & Refunds

• Rescheduling: included—we’ll find a new date if plans change.
• Cancel 7+ days prior: full refund or credit
• Cancel within 7 days: 50% refund or credit
• Cancel within 48 hours: no refund (credit may be considered at our discretion)
