What is LEGO® Serious Play®?
LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) is a powerful facilitation method that uses LEGO bricks to unlock creativity, improve communication and strengthen problem-solving. Instead of just talking about ideas, participants build models with their hands to represent thoughts, challenges, and solutions. These models then become the starting point for storytelling, reflection, and shared understanding.
The method was developed by the LEGO Group and is now used worldwide in business, education, and leadership settings to help teams:
